We have been retained by a multi-disciplined Consultant to recruit them a Senior BREEAM Assessor for their office in London. They are focussed and committed to high performance and sustainable design within the built environment. They have been recognised for their innovative approach and been awarded Sustainable Consultancy of the Year. Also they have been accredited and endorsed by RIBA and The Civic Trust for various projects Worldwide.

Reporting to a Director, you will be the main point of contact for BREEAM. Your duties will include planning, managing and co-ordinating all aspects of BREEAM working on all categories including BREEAM Offices, Education, Healthcare and Code for Sustainable Homes.

You will be professionally qualified and must be able to demonstrate and understand the full process ensuring that projects are properly planned and managed to meet the project timelines and that all work is undertaken in a timely and effective manner achieving the highest practical rating.
