Our Client is a Building Services Consultant based in London.
They have a contract position for a 2-3 month period, to undertake BREEAM and Code for Sustainable Homes assessments and provide assistance where necessary with general sustainability tasks in the built environment.

You will be a qualified BREEAM Offices and Healthcare Assessor with at least 2 submitted and certified projects in either discipline.

Good written and spoken communication skills.
IT Literate.
Self motivated and experienced in delivering to required deadlines

The following would also be advantageous:
Qualified Code for Sustainable Homes Assessor
Experience with or understanding of SAP / SBEM / TAS Thermal Modelling software
Commercial and or Domestic EPC assessor
