Our client is a Global Oil & Gas engineering consultancy based in London, they are currently looking for an Environmental Engineering Specialist to join their London based Consultancy Group. The role requires good academic in Chemical Engineering and at least 10 years Offshore/Subsea O&G sector experience. The general remit is to perform design calculations and assist in the performance of engineering and field development studies.

Specifically this involves:
• Running of proprietary software (AERMOD, ADMS, GIS, Proprietary noise modelling tools, Cormix)
• Performing environmental engineering calculations (e.g. emissions, effluents , ETP & line sizing)
• Production of environmental documents (e.g. philosophies, emissions inventories, ENVID register(s), permitting plans, waste management plans, audit reports )
• Conducting environmental studies including pollution prevention studies and BAT demonstration reports, Energy efficiency studies, life cycle analysis, air dispersion studies
• Production of technical notes for reporting of study results; PPC permits, Environmental Impact Assessments
• Evaluation of alternative field development options through a tailored environmental screening process

This is a long term contract to be based in London, rate is negotiable dependant on Education and Experience.
