This is an opportunity to work for a company whose operations cover a combined package of engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, start-up, warranty and spare parts services providing our customers with the complete spectrum, enabling a seamless implementation interface for their investments in power sector for almost all types of power plants.

They currently need a Lead Electrical Commissioning/Start up Engineer for a project in Latvia. They are building a 410 MW Electrical and 270 MW thermal output power plant project. The projected completion date is July 2013. The site is not far away from main city so there is no accommodation on the site, you will live in the city and drive to the site so will be provided with transportation and an apartment.

Required qualifications are:

• B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Combined Cycle Power Plant commissioning activities
• To manage all activities for “back energization” of 330 KV transformer and energization of downstream MV, LV, AC/DC, UPS systems
• To prepare necessary commissioning procedures as per the nature of the systems  
• Experienced in working with engineering/consultancy companies for large-scale international projects
• Ability to work in an international working environment, having an international sense of business
• Excellent command of English
