New vacancies on the horizon, an end of year shift?

We take our client’s business activity very seriously and make it our job to speak to employers within our sector. We have assessed our September client KPIs and note that the ratio of new vacancies registered to interviews held had increased over the previous month. Whether this is a seasonal occurrence or a upwardly moving construction/property industry we will have to see.
